Introduction

In Module 6 – Business Model, the learner will gain the knowledge related mainly to the Canvas Business Model (BMC) and 9 components that it contains. The Canvas Business Model is the most critical thinking tool used when creating a business model. It consists on creating a Business Model by previously sketching a canvas analysis, with the purpose of thinking about all the strategic points, its strengths and weaknesses. The Business Model Canvas as a business model tool used to visualise all the blocks while building a business, including way to the market, customers, finance, marketing and value proposition. In this Module, each component will be explained and present in an easy way to understand and assimilate all information. The Module contains two parts – theory and practical activities which will facilitate the way of understating each step of creating the Canvas Business Model.Components that will be analysed inside this Module:
